AB562-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB562-ASA1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 13: delete lines 13 to 15.

AB562-ASA1-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 20: after that line insert:

AB562-ASA1-AA1,1,4 "(q) All of the following, to be appointed by the attorney general:

AB562-ASA1-AA1,1,6 1. One member, not employed by any unit of federal, state or local government, whose home zip code is 53204.

AB562-ASA1-AA1,1,8 2. One member, not employed by any unit of federal, state or local government, whose home zip code is 53212.

AB562-ASA1-AA1,1,10 3. One representative of a Kenosha, Racine, Rock or Waukesha county law enforcement agency.

AB562-ASA1-AA1,1,12 4. One law enforcement officer, as defined in section 165.85 (2) (c) of the statutes, who works in a city with a population of 500,000 or more.

AB562-ASA1-AA1,2,3 5. One director, officer or employe of a community-based organization that works exclusively on promoting alternatives to incarceration and providing programs and services as alternatives to incarceration.".
