AB806-ASA2-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
AB806-ASA2-AA1,1,3 21. Page 8, line 1: after the period insert "A certificate of lead-safe status
3obtained under this section may not be for less than 12 months in duration.".
AB806-ASA2-AA1,1,5 42. Page 10, line 20: after the comma, delete the material beginning with
5"except" and ending with "and" on line 21.
AB806-ASA2-AA1,1,7 74. Page 11, line 9: delete lines 9 to 15.

16certificate of lead-safe status, shall apply for a certificate that has a duration of more
17than 12 months.

19lead-safe status that is additional to the certificates specified in subd. 2. a. and that
20has a duration of less than 12 months, provide the department with a reason for the
21necessity for issuance of a certificate of that duration.

23of lead-safe status that is additional to the certificates specified in subd. 2. a. and b.
24and that has a duration of less than 12 months, provide the department with clear
