AB916-ASA1-AA5,1,2 1. Page 1, line 12: delete that line.

AB916-ASA1-AA5,1,3 2. Page 2, line 1: delete lines 1 to 24.

AB916-ASA1-AA5,1,4 3. Page 3, line 1: delete lines 1 to 6 and substitute:

AB916-ASA1-AA5,1,5 " Section 2m. Nonstatutory provisions.

AB916-ASA1-AA5,1,11 (1) Badger care health care supplement. From the appropriation account under section 20.865 (4) (a) of the statutes, the joint committee on finance may supplement the appropriation to the department of health and family services under section 20.435 (4) (bc) of the statutes to increase funding for the badger care health care program. Notwithstanding section 13.101 (3) (a) of the statutes, the committee is not required to find that an emergency exists.

AB916-ASA1-AA5, s. 3m Section 3m. Appropriation changes.

AB916-ASA1-AA5,2,5 (1) Badger care supplemental funding. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the joint committee on finance under section 20.865 (4) (a) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1999, the dollar amount is increased by $20,000,000 for fiscal year 1999-2000 to supplement the badger care health care program appropriation under section 20.435 (4) (bc) of the statutes.".
