SB114-SSA2-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB114-SSA2-SA2,1,3 1. Page 8, line 2: after "residence" insert "on January 1 of the year preceding the allocation of a credit under sub. (9) (bm)".

SB114-SSA2-SA2,1,4 2. Page 10, line 21: delete "(a), (am)" and substitute "(a)".

SB114-SSA2-SA2,1,5 3. Page 11, line 15: delete that line and substitute:

SB114-SSA2-SA2,1,6 "(b) A person who becomes eligible for a credit".

SB114-SSA2-SA2,1,7 4. Page 11, line 21: delete lines 21 to 24.

SB114-SSA2-SA2,1,8 5. Page 12, line 16: delete "claimed by" and substitute "extended to".
