SB2-SSA1,1,3 1An Act to create 121.91 (4) (i) of the statutes; relating to: increasing a school
2district's revenue limit by the amount spent for school security measures and
3granting rule-making authority.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
SB2-SSA1, s. 1 4Section 1. 121.91 (4) (i) of the statutes is created to read:
SB2-SSA1,1,115 121.91 (4) (i) The limit otherwise applicable to a school district's revenue under
6sub. (2m) in any school year is increased by an amount equal to the amount spent by
7the school district in that school year for security measures designed to prevent
8criminal activity in schools, as determined by the state superintendent, but not more
9than an amount equal to $100 multiplied by the number of pupils enrolled. The state
10superintendent shall promulgate rules specifying the security measures that are
11eligible for a revenue limit adjustment under this paragraph.

2for the 2000-01 school year.
