SB290-AA1-SA1,1,7 "(2) Reporting. (a) Except as provided in par. (b), a physician who diagnoses a birth defect or provides treatment to an infant or child for the birth defect shall report that birth defect in the manner prescribed by the department under sub. (3) (a).".".
