SB347-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB347-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 2: after that line insert:

SB347-SA1,1,3 " Section 2g. 470.01 (1t) of the statutes is created to read:

SB347-SA1,1,6 470.01 (1t) "Local governmental unit" means a city, village, town, county, special purpose district, regional planning commission or an agency or corporation of any of the foregoing.

SB347-SA1, s. 2r Section 2r. 470.025 (2m) of the statutes is created to read:

SB347-SA1,1,11 470.025 (2m) An officer or employe of this state or a local governmental unit in this state while engaged in the practice of professional hydrology or soil science for the state or local governmental unit under ch. 23, 26, 31, 33, 59, 60, 61, 62, 66, 87, 88, 92, 94, 236 or chs. 281 to 299.".
