AB1-ASA1-AA19,1,3 3" Section 7n. 13.37 of the statutes is created to read:

AB1-ASA1-AA19,1,7 413.37 Attorney fees. No officer or employee of the assembly may pay the legal
5fees of an employee or member of the assembly submitted after the effective date of
6this section .... [revisor inserts date], until the payment has been approved by the
7state auditor under standards established and published by the state auditor.".
