AB1-ASA1-AA40,1,2 21. Page 139, line 16: after that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA40,1,3 3" Section 233b. 77.52 (2) (a) 21. of the statutes is created to read:

AB1-ASA1-AA40,1,64 77.52 (2) (a) 21. Live performances by bands and orchestras. For purposes of
5this subdivision, the tax imposed under this subchapter is imposed on payments to
6bands and orchestras for such performances.".

AB1-ASA1-AA40,1,7 72. Page 448, line 3: after that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA40,1,10 8"(1v) Sales tax on live performances of bands and orchestras. The treatment
9of section 77.52 (2) (a) 21. of the statutes takes effect on the first day of the 2nd month
10beginning after publication.".
