ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 62, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 1

AB1-ASA1-AA62,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB1-ASA1-AA62,1,2 1. Page 10, line 13: after that line insert:

AB1-ASA1-AA62,1,3 " Section 14s. 16.04 (1) (c) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB1-ASA1-AA62,1,5 16.04 (1) (c) Maintain a current inventory of all state-owned or leased motor vehicles and all state-owned aircraft.

AB1-ASA1-AA62, s. 14t Section 14t. 16.04 (3) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB1-ASA1-AA62,1,11 16.04 (3) Each fleet manager shall review the use of state-owned or leased vehicles or and state-owned aircraft within his or her agency at least semiannually to determine whether usage criteria are being met. The department shall periodically audit the agencies' records relating to fleet operations and the use of state-owned or leased vehicles or and state-owned aircraft.".

AB1-ASA1-AA62,2,2 20.915 (3) Aircraft leasing. No state agency may rent or lease any aircraft.".
