ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO 2001 ASSEMBLY BILL 5

AB5-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB5-AA1,1,5 1. Page 2, line 9: delete lines 9 and 10 and substitute "years, or, unless the forfeiture was imposed for violating an ordinance enacted by a 1st class city and unrelated to the juvenile's operation of a motor vehicle, may suspend the juvenile's operating".

AB5-AA1,1,8 2. Page 3, line 9: delete lines 9 and 10 and substitute "than 30 days nor more than 5 years, or, unless the forfeiture was imposed for violating an ordinance enacted by a 1st class city and unrelated to the juvenile's operation of a motor vehicle, may".

AB5-AA1,1,12 3. Page 4, line 3: delete lines 3 and 4 and substitute "suspend any license issued under ch. 29 or, unless the forfeiture was imposed for violating an ordinance enacted by a 1st class city and unrelated to the juvenile's operation of a motor vehicle, may".
