ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 3, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2001 ASSEMBLY BILL 50

AB50-ASA1-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB50-ASA1-AA3,1,4 1. Page 1, line 4: after "Internet" insert ", reimbursing school districts for providing Internet management software or services on computers connected to the Internet, and making an appropriation".

AB50-ASA1-AA3,1,5 2. Page 1, line 5: before that line insert:

AB50-ASA1-AA3,1,6 " Section 1g. 20.275 (1) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

AB50-ASA1-AA3,1,9 20.275 (1) (c) Internet management software and services. A sum sufficient to pay school districts for costs related to Internet management software and services under s. 44.73 (7).".

AB50-ASA1-AA3,1,10 3. Page 1, line 5: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1r".

AB50-ASA1-AA3,1,11 4. Page 2, line 8: delete lines 8 to 13 and substitute:

AB50-ASA1-AA3,1,12 " Section 2m. 44.72 (5) of the statutes is created to read:

AB50-ASA1-AA3,2,6 44.72 (5) Internet management software and services. From the appropriation under s. 20.275 (1) (c), the board shall pay to each school district the amount that the school district spent to provide Internet management software or services under s. 44.73 (7). A school district is eligible for reimbursement under this subsection regardless of when the school district purchased the software or services.".
