AB576-AA8,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB576-AA8,1,4 1. Page 1, line 5: after "program" insert ", authorizing the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority to purchase and hold stock of certain corporations,".

AB576-AA8,1,5 2. Page 5, line 2: after that line insert:

AB576-AA8,1,6 " Section 5m. 234.03 (33) of the statutes is created to read:

AB576-AA8,1,8 234.03 (33) To purchase and hold stock of a corporation in exchange for a loan guarantee under s. 234.80 on behalf of the corporation.".

AB576-AA8,1,9 3. Page 5, line 22: after that line insert:

AB576-AA8,1,11 "(d) In exchange for a loan guarantee for an eligible borrower that is a stock corporation, the authority obtains an option to purchase stock of the corporation.".
