2cyanide in metallic mining.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

SB160-SSA1, s. 1 3Section 1. 293.67 of the statutes is created to read:

SB160-SSA1,1,5 4293.67 Use of cyanide in mining. No person may conduct mining or metallic
5ore processing using cyanide or a cyanide compound in a heap-leaching process.
