SB304-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB304-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 16: on lines 16 and 18, delete "$6,000" and substitute "$3,500".

SB304-SA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 16: on lines 16 and 18, after "receipts" insert ", including payments in kind for placing land in federal programs,".

SB304-SA1,1,5 3. Page 4, line 3: on lines 3 and 5, delete "$6,000" and substitute "$3,500".

SB304-SA1,1,7 4. Page 4, line 3: on lines 3 and 5, after "receipts" insert ", including payments in kind for placing land in federal programs,".
