SB307-SA11,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB307-SA11,1,2 21. Page 56, line 3: delete lines 3 and 4 and substitute:

SB307-SA11,1,3 3"(15m) "Harmful wild animal" means any of the following:

SB307-SA11,1,64 (a) A member of the family ursidae or a cougar, tiger, lion, leopard, jaguar,
5cheetah, lynx, or bobcat or other wild animal that is a member of the family felidae
6and that is capable of inflicting physical harm to humans or domestic animals.

SB307-SA11,1,87 (b) A wild animal that is not a native wild animal and that is capable of
8inflicting harm to the environment.".

SB307-SA11,1,10 92. Page 68, line 8: delete the material beginning with "Designation" and
10ending with "(b)" on line 20 and substitute "Prohibition. (b)".

SB307-SA11,1,12 113. Page 100, line 13: delete the material beginning with "that" and ending with
12"s. 169.11 (1)" on line 14.
