SB307-SA9,1,3 " Section 154r. 95.66 of the statutes is created to read:

SB307-SA9,1,5 95.66 Importation of certain cervids prohibited. (1) In this section, "cervid" means a member of the family of animals that includes deer and moose.

SB307-SA9,1,7 (2) No person may bring a cervid into this state from a state in which a cervid has tested positive for chronic wasting disease.".
