SB391-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB391-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 12: delete "A" and substitute "Except as provided in sub. (3m), a".

SB391-SA1,1,5 2. Page 3, line 5: delete "A" and substitute "Except as provided in sub. (3m), a".

SB391-SA1,1,6 3. Page 3, line 8: after that line insert:

SB391-SA1,1,9 "(3m) This section does not apply to a hospital that is affiliated with a religious organization, domination, or society and that files a written statement with the department indicating the hospital's objection to compliance with the section.".
