SB391-SA1,1,5 42. Page 3, line 5: delete "A" and substitute "Except as provided in sub. (3m),
5a".

SB391-SA1,1,6 63. Page 3, line 8: after that line insert:

SB391-SA1,1,9 7"(3m) This section does not apply to a hospital that is affiliated with a religious
8organization, domination, or society and that files a written statement with the
9department indicating the hospital's objection to compliance with the section.".
