SB55-ASA1-AA17,1,2 1. Page 932, line 23: after that line insert:

SB55-ASA1-AA17,1,3 " Section 2798s. 121.91 (4) (k) of the statutes is created to read:

SB55-ASA1-AA17,1,11 121.91 (4) (k) The limit otherwise applicable to a school district under sub. (2m) is increased by an amount equal to 1% of the statewide average allowable revenue per pupil in the previous school year multiplied by the average of the number of pupils enrolled in the school district in the current and the 2 preceding school years if the school board adopts a resolution approving the increase by a two-thirds vote of the members elect. The amount of the revenue limit adjustment approved under this paragraph shall not be included in the base for determining the school district's revenue limit for the following school year.".

SB55-ASA1-AA17,2,3 "(14c) Revenue limit adjustment. The treatment of section 121.91 (4) (k) of the statues first applies to a school district's revenue limit for the school year beginning after the effective date of this subsection.".
