AB156-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB156-ASA1-AA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 4: after "livestock." insert "(1)".

AB156-ASA1-AA2,1,3 2. Page 2, line 1: delete "section" and substitute "subsection".

AB156-ASA1-AA2,1,4 3. Page 2, line 2: delete "The".

AB156-ASA1-AA2,1,5 4. Page 2, line 2: after that line insert:

AB156-ASA1-AA2,1,9 "(2) A person who pays the drug testing fee under sub. (1) shall reimburse the operator of the fair, junior show, or livestock exhibition for the full cost of the drug test if the drug test shows drugs in the animal that render the animal unfit for human consumption.".

AB156-ASA1-AA2,1,10 5. Page 2, line 3: delete lines 3 and 4 and substitute:

AB156-ASA1-AA2,2,2 "(3) The revenue received from fees paid under sub. (1) and reimbursements under sub. (2) may be used only for drug testing of animals.".
