AB665-SA4,1,3 1. Page 4, line 11: after that line insert:

AB665-SA4,1,6 "(cm) In order to enforce this subsection, the department may require a payday loan provider to submit a report to the department, in the manner prescribed by the department, and assess a fee for such reporting.".

AB665-SA4,1,8 2. Page 4, line 19: after the period insert "The department shall also promulgate rules necessary to enforce this section.".
