ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 7, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2003 ASSEMBLY BILL 67

AB67-ASA1-AA7,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB67-ASA1-AA7,1,2 1. Page 3, line 22: before that line insert:

AB67-ASA1-AA7,1,3 " Section 3g. 111.337 (2) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

AB67-ASA1-AA7,1,7 111.337 (2) (c) To require an employee who is a physician or pharmacist, and who refuses, or states an intention to refuse, based on the employee's creed, to participate in an activity specified in sub. (1r) (b) 1. to 8., to post a notice described under s. 448.03 (5) (au) or 450.135 (4).".

An employer of a physician, or an owner or operator of a physician's place of employment, may not prohibit a physician from posting a notice under this paragraph.".
