6participate in an activity specified in sub. (1r) (b) 1. to 8., to post a notice described
7under s. 448.03 (5) (au) or 450.135 (4).".

21within the scope of his or her license that is related to an activity specified in par. (am)
221. to 8. and that describes the practice that is related to the activity. An employer of
1a physician, or an owner or operator of a physician's place of employment, may not
2prohibit a physician from posting a notice under this paragraph.".

(4) Subsections (2) and (3) (a) do not apply to a person licensed as a pharmacist
9under this chapter unless the person posts at his or her place of employment in a
10location that is conspicuous to patients a notice that states that the pharmacist
11refuses to participate in a practice of pharmacy that is related to an activity specified
12in sub. (2) (a) to (h) and that describes the practice that is related to the activity. An
13employer of a pharmacist, or an owner or operator of a pharmacist's place of
14employment, may not prohibit a pharmacist from posting a notice under this
15subsection.".
