AB802-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB802-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 4: after "(4)" insert "(a)".

AB802-AA1,1,3 2. Page 1, line 4: delete "or" and substitute "and".

AB802-AA1,1,4 3. Page 1, line 5: after "shall" insert ", subject to par. (b),".

AB802-AA1,1,5 4. Page 1, line 6: after that line insert:

AB802-AA1,1,10 "(b) Upon receipt of sufficient contributions, including in-kind contributions, from interested parties, including any county, city, village, or town, to cover the costs of displaying POW/MIA flags as specified in par. (a), the department shall display the flags. No state funds, other than from the receipt of contributions under this paragraph, may be expended for the display of the flags.".
