SB207-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB207-AA2,1,3 1. Page 3, line 4: after that line, insert the following, which was deleted by senate amendment 1:

SB207-AA2,1,7 "48.981 (2) (bm) 1. Except as provided in subd. 3. and sub. (2m), a member of the clergy shall report as provided in sub. (3) if the member of the clergy has reasonable cause to suspect that a child seen by the member of the clergy in the course of his or her professional duties:

SB207-AA2,1,8 a. Has been abused, as defined in s. 48.02 (1) (b) to (f); or

SB207-AA2,1,10 b. Has been threatened with abuse, as defined in s. 48.02 (1) (b) to (f), and abuse of the child will likely occur.".

SB207-AA2,1,12 2. Page 3, line 12: before "2.", delete "48.981 (2) (bm)", which was inserted by senate amendment 1.

SB207-AA2,2,2 3. Page 3, line 20: after "subd." insert "1. or", which was deleted by senate amendment 1.
