SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO 2003 SENATE BILL 24

SB24-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB24-SA2,1,5 1. Page 1, line 4: delete lines 4 and 5 and substitute "intended to appeal primarily to persons of the same sex to provide facilities and services that appeal primarily to persons of that sex and to give preferential treatment in the use of those services or facilities to persons of that sex.".

SB24-SA2,1,12 2. Page 2, line 3: delete lines 3 to 9 and substitute "s. 100.177 (1) (c), whose services or facilities are intended to appeal primarily to persons of the same sex from providing services or facilities that appeal primarily to persons of that sex, from giving preferential treatment in the use of those services or facilities to persons of the same sex, or from directly or indirectly publishing, circulating, displaying, or mailing any written communication to the effect that those services or facilities are intended to appeal primarily to persons of the same sex.".
