SB44-SSA1-SA23,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB44-SSA1-SA23,1,4 1. Page 203, line 17: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2003-04 by $251,300 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2004-05 by $251,300 to increase funding to supplement federally funded retired senior volunteer programs.
