SB44-SSA1-SA99,1,4 21. Page 125, line 13: increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2003-04 by
3$50,000,000 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 2004-05 by $50,000,000
4to increase funding for the purpose for which the appropriation is made.
