SB44-SSA1,1135,16 (7) Transfers of protectively placed persons. The treatment of section 55.06 (9) (c) of the statutes first applies to transfers of protectively placed individuals that are made on May 1, 2005.

SB44-SSA1,1135,19 (8) Annual reviews of protectively placed individuals. The renumbering of section 55.06 (10) (a) of the statutes and the creation of section 55.06 (10) (a) 2. of the statutes first apply to reviews that are due on May 1, 2005.
