AB100-ASA1,1031,25 (8) Caregiver criminal history searches. The treatment of section 50.065 (2) (bg) and (br) of the statutes first applies to arrest and conviction information requested on the effective date of this subsection.

The treatment of sections 440.03 (13) (b) 5m., 440.08 (2) (a) 9m., and 457.02 (5m) and subchapter VII of chapter 440 of the statutes first applies to applications for certification of alcohol and other drug abuse counselors or for renewal of certification of alcohol and other drug abuse counselors made on the effective date of this subsection.
