AB100-ASA1,325,822 20.866 (2) (tc) Clean water fund program. From the capital improvement fund,
23a sum sufficient for the purposes of s. 281.57 (10m) and (10r) and to be transferred
24to the environmental improvement fund for the purposes of the clean water fund
25program under ss. 281.58 and 281.59. The state may contract public debt in an

1amount not to exceed $637,743,200 $622,043,200 for this purpose. Of this amount,
2the amount needed to meet the requirements for state deposits under 33 USC 1382

7resources and the department of administration determine that moneys available

AB100-ASA1, s. 462 9Section 462. 20.866 (2) (td) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB100-ASA1,325,1410 20.866 (2) (td) Safe drinking water loan program. From the capital
11improvement fund, a sum sufficient to be transferred to the environmental
12improvement fund for the safe drinking water loan program under s. 281.61. The
13state may contract public debt in an amount not to exceed $26,210,000 $32,310,000
14for this purpose.
