AB100-ASA1-AA16,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
AB100-ASA1-AA16,1,2 21. Page 33, line 22: delete that line and substitute:
AB100-ASA1-AA16,1,3 3" Section 89d. 16.964 (9) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB100-ASA1-AA16,1,74 16.964 (9) (intro.) From the appropriations under s. 20.505 (6) (kp) and (p), the
5office of justice assistance shall provide $185,000 $130,000 annually to the
6department of health and family services to distribute the following grants for
7children's community programs:

21302.05 (1) (a) (intro.), as renumbered, is amended to read:

23health and family services may designate a section of a mental health institute as
24a correctional treatment facility for the treatment of substance abuse of inmates

1transferred from Wisconsin state prisons. This section shall be administered by the
2department of corrections and shall be known as the Wisconsin substance abuse
3program
. The department of corrections and the department of health and family
4services shall ensure that the residents at the institution and the residents in the
5substance abuse program:
