(4) (L) If the cost to a school district of providing health insurance for
5its employees increased over the previous 2 school years, at a rate that was at least
6twice the rate of increase certified to the state superintendent over those 2 years
7under s. 73.0305, the limit otherwise applicable to the school district under sub. (2m)
8in the current school year is increased by an amount equal to 50 percent of the
9difference between the actual cost to the school district of providing health insurance
10for its employees over the previous 2 school years and the cost the school district
11would have incurred to provide health insurance to its employees over the previous
12 school years had the rate of increase in that cost been equal to the rate of increase
2certified to the state superintendent over those 2 years under s. 73.0305.".
