ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 2, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2005 ASSEMBLY BILL 150

AB150-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB150-ASA1-AA2,1,4 1. Page 1, line 3: after "campsites" insert ", using revenues generated from charging for certain electric receptacles at Mirror Lake State Park for water quality improvement projects, and making an appropriation".

AB150-ASA1-AA2,1,5 2. Page 1, line 4: before that line insert:

AB150-ASA1-AA2,1,6 " Section 1b. 20.370 (4) (aw) of the statutes is created to read:

AB150-ASA1-AA2,1,9 20.370 (4) (aw) Water resources — Mirror Lake State Park. All moneys received as net revenues from the use of electric receptacles under s. 27.01 (15) (c) for water quality improvement projects at Mirror Lake State Park under s. 27.01 (15) (c).".

AB150-ASA1-AA2,1,12 " Section 3. 27.01 (15) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

AB150-ASA1-AA2,2,11 27.01 (15) (c) 1. The department, in charging fees for the use of electric receptacles that are installed after the effective date of this paragraph .... [revisor inserts date], at Mirror Lake State Park, shall calculate the net revenue received from charging these fees by subtracting the cost to the department of providing electricity through these receptacles from the total amount of the fees charged. Subject to subd. 2., the net revenues shall be credited to the appropriation under s. 20.370 (4) (aw). The net revenues credited to this appropriation shall be used for water quality improvement projects for bodies of water that are located within Mirror Lake State Park. Such net revenues may be either used directly for these water quality improvement projects or as matching funds for programs that provide funding for water quality improvement projects.

AB150-ASA1-AA2,2,13 2. Credits to the appropriation under s. 20.370 (4) (aw) shall end 10 years after the date on which net revenues are first credited to that appropriation.".
