AB150-ASA1-AA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
AB150-ASA1-AA2,1,4 21. Page 1, line 3: after "campsites" insert ", using revenues generated from
3charging for certain electric receptacles at Mirror Lake State Park for water quality
4improvement projects, and making an appropriation".
AB150-ASA1-AA2,1,5 52. Page 1, line 4: before that line insert:
AB150-ASA1-AA2,1,6 6" Section 1b. 20.370 (4) (aw) of the statutes is created to read:
AB150-ASA1-AA2,1,97 20.370 (4) (aw) Water resources — Mirror Lake State Park. All moneys received
8as net revenues from the use of electric receptacles under s. 27.01 (15) (c) for water
9quality improvement projects at Mirror Lake State Park under s. 27.01 (15) (c).".

127.01 (15) (c) 1. The department, in charging fees for the use of electric
2receptacles that are installed after the effective date of this paragraph .... [revisor
3inserts date], at Mirror Lake State Park, shall calculate the net revenue received
4from charging these fees by subtracting the cost to the department of providing
5electricity through these receptacles from the total amount of the fees charged.
6Subject to subd. 2., the net revenues shall be credited to the appropriation under s.
720.370 (4) (aw). The net revenues credited to this appropriation shall be used for
8water quality improvement projects for bodies of water that are located within
9Mirror Lake State Park. Such net revenues may be either used directly for these
10water quality improvement projects or as matching funds for programs that provide
11funding for water quality improvement projects.
AB150-ASA1-AA2,2,1312 2. Credits to the appropriation under s. 20.370 (4) (aw) shall end 10 years after
13the date on which net revenues are first credited to that appropriation.".
