ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO 2005 ASSEMBLY BILL 217

AB217-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB217-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 2: on lines 2 and 9, after "or" insert ", if a veterinarian is physically present at the location the vaccine is administered, by".

AB217-AA1,1,6 2. Page 2, line 14: delete the material beginning with "A veterinarian" and ending with "rabies shall" on line 16 and substitute " A veterinarian who vaccinates a dog against rabies The person who administers the vaccine under par. (a) shall".

AB217-AA1,1,9 3. Page 3, line 2: delete "veterinarian or a veterinary technician, pursuant to s. 453.05 (2) (d)," and substitute "veterinarian person who administers the vaccine under par. (a)".

AB217-AA1,1,12 4. Page 3, line 7: delete the material beginning with "The veterinarian" and ending with "(d)," on line 8 and substitute "The veterinarian person who administers the vaccine under par. (a)".

AB217-AA1,2,3 5. Page 3, line 10: delete the material beginning with "The veterinarian" and ending with "(d)," on line 11 and substitute "The veterinarian person who administers the vaccine under par. (a)".
