AB229-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB229-ASA1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 10: after that line insert:

AB229-ASA1-AA1,1,3 " Section 1g. 2005 Wisconsin Act 82, section 5 (1) is amended to read:

AB229-ASA1-AA1,1,5 [2005 Wisconsin Act 82] Section 5 (1) This act takes effect on the retroactively to January 1 after publication, 2006.".

AB229-ASA1-AA1,1,7 2. Page 2, line 12: delete "This act" and substitute "The treatment of section 29.164 (3) (b) 3. of the statutes".

AB229-ASA1-AA1,1,8 3. Page 2, line 14: delete lines 14 and 15 and substitute:

AB229-ASA1-AA1,1,10 " Section 3g. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the day after publication, except as follows:

AB229-ASA1-AA1,2,2 (1g) The treatment of section 29.164 (3) (b) 3. of the statutes takes effect on January 1, 2007.".
