AB269-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB269-AA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 12: delete lines 12 to 16 and substitute:

AB269-AA1,1,6 3"450.11 (4m) Label options. If a patient indicates in writing to a practitioner
4who makes a prescription order for the patient that the patient wants the symptom
5or purpose for the prescription to be disclosed on the label, the practitioner shall
6specify the symptom or purpose in the prescription order.".
