20a period of one year or until discharge from any jail or prison sentence or any period
21of probation, extended supervision or parole with respect to the offenses specified,
22whichever date is the later. Receipt by the offender of a certificate of discharge from
23the department of corrections or other responsible supervising agency, after one year
24has elapsed since the prohibition began, entitles the holder to apply for an operator's

1license. The applicant may be required to present the certificate of discharge to the
2secretary if the latter deems it necessary.

25department or county department having supervision over the juvenile may release

1the juvenile's name and any information about the juvenile that is necessary for the
2protection of the public or to secure the juvenile's return to the facility, center, home,
3or jail. The department of corrections shall promulgate rules establishing guidelines
4for the release of the juvenile's name or information about the juvenile to the public.

9as permitted under s. 968.265.

AB511-ASA1,23,1611 968.265 (2) If a person reports to a law enforcement officer that he or she was

13no law enforcement officer may in connection with the report order, request, or
14suggest that the person submit to a test using a lie detector, or provide the person
15information regarding tests using lie detectors unless the person requests
16information regarding tests using lie detectors.
