AB589-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB589-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 9: after that line insert:

AB589-AA2,1,4 " Section 2m. 118.07 (3) of the statutes, as created by 2005 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), is repealed.".

AB589-AA2,1,6 2. Page 2, line 11: delete "This act" and substitute "The creation of section 118.07 (3) of the statutes".

AB589-AA2,1,7 3. Page 2, line 12: after that line insert:

AB589-AA2,1,9 " Section 4m. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the day after publication, except as follows:

AB589-AA2,2,3 (1) The repeal of section 118.07 (3) of the statutes takes effect on the day after the revisor of statutes publishes in the Wisconsin Administrative Register a statement that the secretary of health and family services has promulgated a rule under section 252.04 (2) of the statutes that requires vaccinations against meningitis. Immediately upon promulgating such a rule the secretary shall notify the revisor of statutes, who shall publish a statement to that effect in the Wisconsin Administrative Register.".
