AB852-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB852-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 5: after "issued" insert "by the department or".

AB852-AA1,1,4 2. Page 4, line 6: delete "from" and substitute "from issued by the department or by".

AB852-AA1,1,5 3. Page 5, line 2: delete that line and substitute:

AB852-AA1,1,7 " Section 14m. 145.19 (2) of the statutes is renumbered 145.19 (2) (a) and amended to read:

AB852-AA1,2,2 145.19 (2) (a) No fee for a sanitary permit issued by the department or by a governmental unit responsible for the regulation of private sewage systems may be less than $61, or the amount determined under department rule. The governing body for the a governmental unit responsible for the regulation of private sewage systems may establish a fee for a sanitary permit which is more than $61, or the amount determined under department rule.".
