SB1-ASA5-AA4,1,3 " Section 78m. 19.43 (2m) of the statutes is created to read:

SB1-ASA5-AA4,1,10 19.43 (2m) Notwithstanding subs. (1) and (2), a local public official who is an official required to file is required to file a statement of economic interests under this subchapter only if the official receives a reportable gift or gifts under s. 19.44 (1) (g) having an aggregate value of more than $1,000. The report shall be limited to disclosing the information required under s. 19.44 (1) (g) and shall be filed no later than the end of the 12-month period beginning on the date that the gift was received.".
