SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO 2005 SENATE BILL 269

SB269-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB269-SA2,1,6 1. Page 1, line 11: delete the material beginning with "and removing" and ending with "property" on line 12 and substitute "removing limitations on WHEDA's authority to acquire property, and removing restrictions on public access to the names and addresses of certain persons who apply to participate in certain programs administered by WHEDA".

SB269-SA2,1,7 2. Page 5, line 9: delete lines 9 to 16 and substitute:

SB269-SA2,1,9 " Section 6g. 234.265 (2) of the statutes is renumbered 234.265 (2) (intro.) and amended to read:

SB269-SA2,2,4 234.265 (2) (intro.) Records or portions of records consisting of personal or financial information provided by a person seeking a grant or loan under s. 234.04, 234.08, 234.49, 234.59, 234.61, 234.65, 234.67, 234.83, 234.84, 234.90, 234.905, 234.907 or 234.91, seeking a loan under ss. 234.621 to 234.626, seeking financial assistance under s. 234.66, seeking investment of funds under s. 234.03 (18m) or in which the authority has invested funds under s. 234.03 (18m), unless the person consents to disclosure of the information. This subsection does not apply to the name and address of a person if all of the following are true:

SB269-SA2, s. 6r Section 6r. 234.265 (2) (a) and (b) of the statutes are created to read:

SB269-SA2,2,6 234.265 (2) (a) The person received a loan under s. 234.04 or 234.49.

SB269-SA2,2,9 (b) The person submitted an application for the loan that contained an individual taxpayer identification number and did not contain a social security number.".
