SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2005 SENATE BILL 305

SB305-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB305-SA1,1,2 1. Page 4, line 1: delete "No Subject to par. (au), no" and substitute "No".

SB305-SA1,1,3 2. Page 4, line 21: delete lines 21 to 25 and substitute:

SB305-SA1,1,4 " Section 6m. 347.48 (4) (a) 3. of the statutes is repealed.".

SB305-SA1,1,5 3. Page 5, line 1: delete lines 1 and 2.

SB305-SA1,1,6 4. Page 8, line 6: delete "(2m) or (4)" and substitute "(4) (am)".

SB305-SA1,1,8 5. Page 8, line 7: after "act," insert "involving a child who is at least 4 years old and less than 8 years old,".

SB305-SA1,1,11 6. Page 8, line 9: after "violation" insert "of section 347.48 (4) (am) of the statutes, as affected by this act, involving a child who is at least 4 years old and less than 8 years old".
