SB394-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB394-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 11: after "(2) (am)" insert "or 448.535 (1m)".

SB394-SA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 13: after that line insert:

SB394-SA1,1,4 " Section 4r. 448.535 (1m) of the statutes is created to read:

SB394-SA1,2,2 448.535 (1m) The affiliated credentialing board shall grant a certificate to perform needle electromyography to a person who holds a license as a physical therapist and who has submitted satisfactory evidence to the affiliated credentialing board that he or she has completed the requirements needed for advanced clinical competence in clinical electrophysiologic physical therapy testing through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, or an equivalent national certification agency, and pays the fee specified in s. 440.05 (1). A physical therapist certified under this subsection may not employ needle electromyography in a manner that exceeds the scope of physical therapy as set forth in s. 448.50 (4) (a)".
