ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 18, TO 2005 SENATE BILL 403

SB403-AA18,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 2, as follows:

SB403-AA18,1,3 1. Page 43, line 23: delete "employment or" and substitute "employment,".

SB403-AA18,1,5 2. Page 43, line 24: after "employment" insert ", or while the licensee is on real property owned or leased by the private employer".

SB403-AA18,1,7 3. Page 44, line 4: after "employment" insert ", unless the motor vehicle is on real property owned or leased by the private employer".

SB403-AA18,1,8 4. Page 44, line 4: after that line insert:

SB403-AA18,1,10 "(c) A private employer may, but is not required to, post any policy that it has established for its employees regarding the carrying of concealed weapons.".

SB403-AA18,1,11 5. Page 50, line 16: delete "any" and substitute "one or more".

SB403-AA18,2,2 6. Page 50, line 17: after "(15m)" insert "or that refuses to permit one or more of its employees to carry a concealed weapon under sub. (15m)".
