SB563-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB563-SA1,1,2 21. Page 23, line 2: after that line insert:

SB563-SA1,1,3 3" Section 21m. 560.206 of the statutes is created to read:

SB563-SA1,1,7 4560.206 Film production tax credits. (1) The department shall implement
5a program to accredit productions for purposes of ss. 71.07 (5f) and (5h), 71.28 (5f)
6and (5h), and 71.47 (5f) and (5h). Application for accreditation shall be made to the
7department in each taxable year for which accreditation is desired.

SB563-SA1,1,10 8(2) If the department accredits a production under sub. (1), the department
9shall determine the amount of the production's production expenditures, as defined
10in s. 71.07 (5f) (a) 3.

SB563-SA1,1,13 11(3) The department shall notify the department of revenue of every production
12accredited under sub. (1) and the amount of the production's production
13expenditures.

1(4) The department of commerce, in consultation with the department of
2revenue, shall promulgate rules to administer this section.".
