SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2005 SENATE BILL 618

SB618-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB618-SA1,1,4 1. Page 5, line 10: after "thereafter" insert ", the private school shall provide the scores of all standardized tests that it administers to the legislative audit bureau. Beginning in 2006 and annually thereafter".

SB618-SA1,1,6 2. Page 5, line 14: delete "received from the School Choice Demonstration Project".

SB618-SA1,1,7 3. Page 5, line 15: delete "until 2011".

SB618-SA1,1,8 4. Page 5, line 20: after that line insert:

SB618-SA1,2,2 "3. Each private school participating in the program under this section shall report the scores on all standardized tests administered to a pupil attending the private school under this section, and a summary of the results of all such tests administered to pupils attending the private school under this section, to the pupil's parent or guardian.".
