ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 27, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2007 ASSEMBLY BILL 207

AB207-ASA1-AA27,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB207-ASA1-AA27,1,3 1. Page 2, line 4: delete "and video service providers" and substitute "operators".

AB207-ASA1-AA27,1,4 2. Page 2, line 5: delete "and granting rule-making authority".

AB207-ASA1-AA27,1,5 3. Page 2, line 6: delete lines 6 to 11.

AB207-ASA1-AA27,1,6 4. Page 2, line 23: delete that line.

AB207-ASA1-AA27,1,8 5. Page 3, line 1: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 30, line 12, and substitute:

AB207-ASA1-AA27,1,9 " Section 5m. 66.0419 (2) (c) 1. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB207-ASA1-AA27,1,11 66.0419 (2) (c) 1. The one-way or two-way transmission to subscribers of video programming or of other programming service; and".

AB207-ASA1-AA27,2,1 6. Page 31, line 19: delete lines 19 and 20 and substitute:

AB207-ASA1-AA27,2,4 7. Page 33, line 8: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 42, line 2, and substitute:

AB207-ASA1-AA27,2,5 " Section 69m. 943.46 (1) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB207-ASA1-AA27,2,10 943.46 (1) (a) "Cable television service" has the meaning given in s. 196.01 (1p). "Cable for "cable service" in s. 66.0419 (2) (c), except that "cable television service" does not include signals received by privately owned antennas that are not connected to a cable television system whether or not the same signals are provided by a cable television company.".
