AB207-SA9,1,2 1. Page 29, line 22: after that line insert:

AB207-SA9,1,3 "(11m) Call centers. (a) In this subsection:

AB207-SA9,1,5 1. "Call center" means a business or subunit of a business that engages in providing customer-based service.

AB207-SA9,1,8 2. "Customer-based service" means sales or technical assistance or expertise concerning a product or service that is provided to a customer or a prospective customer of the product or service.

AB207-SA9,1,12 (b) A video service provider may not use a call center, whether operated by the video service provider or any other person, that provides assistance to in-state customers or potential customers of the video service provider's video service unless the call center is located in this state.".
